Night Hoops

Night Hoops by Walter Dean Myers is a book about basketball with kids that just got into high school. Trent Dawson is a trouble maker at the begining with his older brother, but towards the end he shapes up and him and Nick Abott play ball for their high school team. Nick and Trent start out hating each other but they play good together. They beat every team they play. Until Trent gets into some trouble with his older brother and his brother wants him to move away but they have the championship game coming up and Nick is upset because he dont know what trent is going to do and Nick wants to win.
