The Lost Boy is the second book on a triolgy by Dave Pelzer. Many real life topics are discussed throughout the book. Unfortunately, these things really happen. Not only the brutal beatings he endured but the tossing from foster home to foster home through his childhood. There are a couple things they can be seen to have happened for the good, howevever. Experiences he went through made him stronger and helped him grow up quicker so he could support himself. Read this book and watch how Dave grows into a young man. - Kasey Turner
